Chocolatier Joann Hofer was first exposed to her elaborate craft while living in Austria. With a painting background she quickly recognized chocolate as art and a medium to constantly learn from.
After learning from International chocolate masters she decided to dive into her own local chocolate making adventure started in Carmel in 2011. Her love of art, food and travel are expressed through making the best chocolate.
Roland Hofer's indiscriminate Austrian palate for sweets and culinary excellence maintains our creative process curious for flavor combinations and daring pairings. His skillful packaging maintains our product safe, fresh and beautiful.
You will find him swinging chocolate at the Broad Ripple Farmers Market on Saturday mornings.
Our chocolate is produced in our state of the art commercial kitchen in Carmel .
Our chocolate couverture is carefully selected and sustainably sourced. Fruit purees used at the peak of ripeness and freshness. Carefully roasted nuts in the season and spices inspired from our travels. Seasonal flavors are dominant and we often source product form our local Farmers Market neighbors to keep our menu fresh and innovative.
