Chocolatier Joann Hofer was first exposed to her elaborate craft while living in Austria. With a painting background she quickly recognized chocolate as art and a medium to constantly learn from. Moving back to the States, she began distributing Zotter Austrian Chocolate while learning all about the chocolate world. After learning from International chocolate masters she decided to dive into her own choco-venture, started in 2011. Her love of art, food and travel are best expressed through chocolate.
Roland Hofer's indiscriminate Austrian palate for sweets and culinary excellence maintains our creative process curious for flavor combinations and daring pairings. His skillful packaging maintains our product safe, fresh and beautiful.
You will find him swinging chocolate at the Broad Ripple Farmers Market on Saturday mornings.
